Altiro

Terms of Use

Last updated October 5, 2026 · Español

These terms are the agreement between you and Altiro for using the Altiro app and website. By creating an account or using Altiro, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use Altiro.

Your health comes first

  • Altiro isn't medical advice. Its plans, paces, weights, reps and tips are general training guidance generated from what you tell it. They aren't a diagnosis, treatment, or a substitute for a doctor, physical therapist or qualified coach who knows you.
  • Check with a doctor before you start, especially if you have a heart, lung, joint or other health condition, are pregnant or recently gave birth, take medication that affects your heart rate or balance, have been inactive for a long time, or are returning from an injury.
  • Stop right away if you feel chest pain, dizziness, faintness, unusual shortness of breath, or sharp or worsening pain, and get medical help if needed.
  • You choose what you do. Adjust or skip any workout that doesn't feel right. Use proper form, warm up, use equipment safely and as intended, and train somewhere safe (watch traffic, terrain and weather when you run outside).
  • Exercise carries a risk of injury. You take part in any workout at your own risk.

Using Altiro

Other services

Altiro can connect to services run by others, such as Strava, and uses providers to run (sign-in and storage, weather, notifications). Those services have their own terms, and Altiro isn't responsible for them. Strava is a trademark of Strava, Inc.; Altiro isn't made by or affiliated with Strava.

Changes and availability

Altiro is improving all the time, so features may change, be added or be removed. We try to keep it running smoothly but can't promise it will always be available or error-free, and you should keep your own copy of anything you can't afford to lose. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms.

No warranty

Altiro is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, to the fullest extent the law allows. We don't promise any particular training result.

Limits on liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, Altiro and the people behind it aren't liable for any injury, loss or damage arising from your use of Altiro or any workout you do, or for indirect or consequential losses. Some places don't allow these limits, so they apply only as far as your local law permits; nothing here limits rights you have that can't be limited by law.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we'll update the date above, and for significant changes we'll let you know in the app. Continuing to use Altiro after a change means you accept the new terms.

Altiro
